How it works?
Getropin exerts the same actions of endogenous human growth hormone. It can stimulate proliferation and differentiation of epiphysis chondrocyte, stimulate growth of cartilage matrix cells, stimulate proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast; thus accelerate the liner growth rate and improve epiphysis width.
Getropin can promote protein synthesis in whole body; reverse the negative nitrogen equilibrium caused by wound and surgery; correct the hypoproteinemia due to severe infection or hepatocirrhosis; stimulate synthesis of immune globin and proliferation of lymph adenoid, macrophage and lymphocyte, thus enhance the ability of infection resistance; stimulate proliferation of collagenocyte, fibroblast and macrophage in sites of burn and surgery, thus accelerate wound healing; promote synthesis of cardiocytes, thus improve cardiac contractility and reduce cardiac oxygen consumption; regulate lipometabolism, thus depress serum cholesterol and low density lipoprotein’s level; complement insufficiency or deficiency of growth hormone, regulate adult’s lipometabolism, osteometabolism, heart and kidney function

Common side effects of Getropin include:
● headache,

bodybuilding purposes 4IU per day (2IU in the morning and 2IU in late afternoon)
anti aging purposes – 2IU per day to treat severe burns, cuts, bone damage (short period of time) – Doctor and blood tests determine the dose for any other purpose 8IU per day
Conclusion
Based on overall good reviews Getropin is most likely a high quality generic made by a proper GMP Chinese lab who chose to sell it underground to avoid the legality issues while making extra income.
It is possible that other Chinese labs have jumped to the opportunity and are selling their own somatropin labeled as Getropin. Depending on the source one might get good or bad batches.

I addressed how I would dose your GH in your other question, but I would like to address the difference in brands here. It all comes down to quality and consistency. Generic colored tops can be very good, and if you are getting them from a good source like Naps, you can be assured that he is going to offer the best possible product he can, for the price. That being said, when you go with Hyge, you’re paying for peace of mind, that you are getting a consistent product that is going to perform well and is pure.
Let me tell you a story. A couple months ago, I used the rest of the Hyge’s I had and switched back to some blue tops that I had on hand(from another source). Within 1 wk, i started to feel side effects that I had been able to avoid, such as elbow pain and CTS. I was using a higher dose of Hyge, but they were much easier to tolerate. All I felt from Hyge was some mild numbness in my fingers, sometimes I’d feel a little hypo and I would get the most insane pumps in the gym. They worked great and with next to no issues. The blue tops worked too but I’m guessing they weren’t quite as pure or that something was a little bit different in how my body used them. At the end of the day, they would do the job, but I would much prefer to pay more for quality…consistent quality.
It’s impossible to say how they stack up on a IU to IU basis unless you has a specific batch tested of each. I believe the blue tops are more likely to vary.

I have been taking it for a while now. After testing my HGH recently I can say that it’s legit. I am not taking high doses, just for anti-aging purposes and my HGH level was a little above the higher end of the average for my age.
